In the new generation of DAF flotation systems, an innovative pump of the Japanese company "NIKUNI" is applied for the formation of microbubbles with sizes of 20÷30 µm (traditional flotation systems 200 - 300 µm).
This flotation method forms very small microbubbles in the flotation device, collecting the insoluble elements on the surface. The main element in this system is the Nikuni microbubble pump. With the KTM application, a compressor, a pressure tank, a mixer and a large solvent tank are eliminated. The system becomes simpler, a smaller area is required and the cost of the system is reduced
